1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country or region to use Discord and this bot. By using RPG MBB, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Description of the Service

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the bot at any time, with or without notice.

3. Use of the Bot

You agree to use RPG MBB only for lawful purposes and in compliance with:

• attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or damage the bot or its systems,

• use the bot for fraud, harassment, abuse, illegal gambling, or any unlawful activity,

• impersonate staff, admins, or other users in connection with the bot.

We may suspend or block access to the bot, temporarily or permanently, for violations of these Terms or for behavior we consider abusive, harmful, exploitative, or unsafe.

RPG MBB is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, reliability, and data accuracy.

We do not guarantee that the bot will be free from bugs, exploits, or interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Entity/Owner Name] and its operators, developers, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, virtual progress, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of RPG MBB.
